ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Manager – Chemical to lead our chemical testing division at Shree Test House Private Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting and overseeing a range of water, building material, road material and metal testing activities, maintaining test accuracy and compliance with IS and BIS standards, and guiding junior technical staff within the chemical discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drinking Water Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, and bacteriological analysis of drinking water samples as per IS 10500 standards. Parameters include pH, turbidity, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, chlorides, fluorides, nitrates, heavy metals, and coliform bacteria.
- Construction Water Testing: Test water used in concrete mixing, curing, and other construction purposes to ensure suitability as per IS 456 requirements, covering sulphates, chlorides, suspended solids, and organic matter.
- Ground Water Testing: Sample collection and chemical analysis of bore well water and ground water to assess potability and safety for agricultural, domestic, and industrial use.
- Material Analysis: Perform chemical analysis of raw materials including soil, aggregates, and industrial materials to determine composition, contamination levels, and suitability for specified applications.
- Building Material Analysis: Test chemical properties of cement, admixtures, fly ash, and related construction materials to verify compliance with BIS and IS standards such as IS 269, IS 8112, and IS 3812.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed, accurate test reports including data interpretation, compliance status, and recommendations. Maintain proper sample traceability and laboratory documentation as per quality management protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all testing activities conform to IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality management procedures and relevant Indian Standards. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly.
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and supervise junior testing staff within the chemical department to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients regarding sample submission, test requirements, report timelines, and technical queries pertaining to chemical testing services.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a NABL-accredited.
- Strong knowledge of IS, ISO, ASTM water and material testing standards
- Experience with laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, titration units, atomic absorption units, and water analysis kits
- Ability to independently plan, conduct, and report tests with minimal supervision
- Good documentation skills and knowledge of quality management systems (ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / NABL)
- Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi; working knowledge of English for report writing

ROLE OVERVIEW
Shree Test House Private Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager on a contract basis to expand our client base across North India. This is a field-based, target-driven role suited for a professional with strong business development experience in the testing, construction, infrastructure, or B2B services sector. You will be the face of Shree Test House in the market — identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting them into long-term clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients across North India including construction companies, real estate developers, government contractors, PWD and municipal bodies, and infrastructure project managers who require testing laboratory services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers at client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales and service inquiries from your territory.
- Service Promotion: Effectively communicate Shree Test House’s full range of testing services — Water Testing, Soil Testing, NDT, Building Material Testing, and Road Material Testing — to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each sector.
- Proposal & Quotation Coordination: Work with the technical team to prepare service proposals, quotations, and testing packages for clients. Follow up diligently to convert proposals into confirmed work orders.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new infrastructure projects in the territory. Report market insights and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
- Territory Coverage: Cover key states and cities across North India including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi NCR. Plan efficient travel schedules to maximize client visits and follow-ups.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for new client acquisition and repeat business. Maintain a clear and updated pipeline of leads and their status.
- Digital & Offline Marketing Support: Assist in distributing marketing materials, coordinating participation in industry events or government tender notices, and supporting basic digital outreach as required.
- Reporting: Submit weekly activity reports, client visit summaries, and pipeline status updates to the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in testing labs, construction services, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets in a field-based role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently on a contract basis
- Existing network in the construction, government projects, or infrastructure sector in North India is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of testing laboratory services will be an added benefit (training will be provided)
